Abstract

The invention provides a conductive loop of a high-capacity circuit breaker. The conductive loop comprises a static conductive piece, a lower conductive piece, a connecting piece, a connecting rod, a fin piece, a wiring piece, a movable conductive piece, a supporting piece, a rotating shaft, an elastic piece, a mounting plate, a side plate, a rotor, a supporting piece and a transmission piece. And the static conductive piece and the lower conductive piece are connected and conducted with the wiring piece through the connecting piece. And the static conductive piece and the lower conductive piece are respectively fastened with the connecting piece through connecting rods. The movable conductive piece is connected and conducted with the lower conductive piece, and the movable conductive piece is contacted and attached with the static conductive piece to be conducted. The plurality of aligned fastening holes are formed in the static conductive part and the lower conductive part, and the aligned heat dissipation grooves are formed among the plurality of fastening holes, so that the effects of improving the good contact performance and enhancing ventilation and heat dissipation are achieved. The multiple groups of moving conductive parts are arranged and are respectively connected and conducted with the lower conductive parts, so that the process complexity of the moving contact assembly is reduced. The supporting piece for supporting the rotating shaft is arranged on the supporting piece, so that bending deformation of the rotating shaft is reduced, and good contact is ensured.
