Motor controller active discharge system and control method thereof

Abstract

The invention discloses an active discharging circuit of a motor controller and a control method thereof. The motor controller active discharging circuit comprises a discharging resistor, a discharging switch tube and a discharging controller, one end of the discharging resistor is electrically connected with the output end of a high-voltage electricity-taking power supply, the other end of the discharging resistor is grounded through the discharging switch tube, the high-voltage electricity-taking power supply comprises a transformer, and the primary side of the transformer is electrically connected with a bus capacitor of the motor controller. The secondary side of the transformer serves as the output end of the high-voltage electricity-taking power supply, the high-voltage electricity-taking power supply serves as the standby power supply of the motor controller, the discharge controller is electrically connected with the control end of the discharge switch tube, and the discharge controller controls the discharge switch tube to be switched on or off. The discharge resistor and the control switch tube are connected to the secondary side of the transformer of the high-voltage electricity-taking power supply, and the secondary side of the transformer is the low-voltage side, so that a high-voltage-resistant device is not needed, the requirement of the control switch tube can be reduced, the cost can be reduced, control is performed on the low-voltage side, and the safety is improved.
