The method comprises the following steps: judging whether the smart bracelet enters a target area; if so, acquiring physiological data information of the user through the smart bracelet; the user wears the smart bracelet; predicting the emotional state of the user based on the physiological data information to obtain an emotional state prediction result; acquiring light scene configuration information matched with the emotional state prediction result in a database; indoor environment parameter information is obtained through an indoor preset environment parameter detection device, and lamp parameter setting information is generated based on the lamplight scene configuration information and the environment parameter information; and setting parameters of the indoor lamp based on the lamp parameter setting information. The method is helpful for improving the living comfort of the user.
