Preparation method of coking wastewater treatment agent

Abstract

The invention discloses a preparation method of a coking wastewater treatment agent, which comprises the following steps: dissolving aluminum hydroxide in an acidic solution to obtain an aluminum ion acidic aqueous solution, adding a silane coupling agent, and uniformly stirring to obtain an aluminum-containing mixed solution; dissolving lignin in an alkaline solution to obtain a lignin alkaline solution; heating the lignin alkaline solution, dropwise adding the aluminum-containing mixed solution while stirring, standing after dropwise adding, and washing, drying, crushing and sieving the obtained product to obtain porous activated aluminum oxide modified lignin; dissolving polyacrylamide in water to obtain a polyacrylamide solution, and then ultrasonically dispersing the obtained porous activated aluminum oxide modified lignin in the obtained polyacrylamide solution to obtain a turbid liquid; and adding a vinyl ether monomer and an initiator into the turbid liquid for reaction, then adding a cross-linking agent / ammonium bicarbonate mixed solution for stirring, then standing, and filtering, washing and granulating the obtained product to obtain a final product. The treating agent can effectively remove pollutants in the coking wastewater.
