The cigarette packet disorderly stacking machine comprises a rack, a feeding module and a stacking module, the rack is provided with a feeding area and a stacking area, the feeding module is arranged in the feeding area, the feeding module is provided with a feeding station, the stacking module comprises a clamping assembly and a stacking driving assembly, the clamping assembly comprises a transition slider, a clamping seat, a rotary driving mechanism and a clamping mechanism, the transition slider is connected with the stacking driving assembly, the clamping seat is rotatably connected with the transition slider, the clamping mechanism comprises a clamping driving piece and two clamping plates, the two clamping plates are arranged in parallel below the clamping seat, and the clamping driving piece is used for driving the two clamping plates to relatively approach or move away from each other. The cigarette packet disorderly stacking machine has the advantages of high automation degree and flexible stacking operation.
