Method for recovering high-grade vanadium slag from sodium aluminate solution

Abstract

The invention relates to the field of comprehensive recycling of resources, in particular to a method for recycling high-grade vanadium slag from a sodium aluminate solution. According to the method, the sodium aluminate solution in the aluminum oxide production process is firstly evaporated, concentrated and cooled, crystal seeds are used for inducing crystallization, the vanadium-containing alkaline residues are obtained, the alkaline solution is used for washing and purifying the vanadium-containing alkaline residues, the grade of vanadium in the alkaline residues can be improved by at least 30%, and the method is short in process, low in cost and simple in process and has good application prospects in industry.
