Abstract

The invention discloses a waste heat recovery device and method for a blast furnace hot blast stove and the blast furnace hot blast stove. The waste heat recovery device comprises a pressure container, a heat exchanger and a movable blocking mechanism. A liquid working medium chamber and a steam chamber are arranged in the pressure container; the pressure container is connected with a liquid working medium inlet pipe, and the steam chamber is connected with a steam outlet pipe; the heat exchanger is arranged in the liquid working medium cavity, one end of the heat exchanger extends to the outside of the pressure container to be communicated with outlet smoke of a hot blast stove, and the other end of the heat exchanger extends to the outside of the pressure container to be communicated with a chimney. And the movable blocking mechanism is arranged in the steam chamber, so that the steam chamber and the steam outlet pipe are closed or communicated. Waste heat flue gas of 250-350 DEG C or above of the hot blast stove is recycled, and waste heat is utilized to generate constant-pressure steam so as to meet metallurgical production application.
