Intervertebral disc end plate metabonomics sample pretreatment method

Abstract

The invention provides an intervertebral disc end plate metabonomics sample pretreatment method. The non-targeted intervertebral disc end plate metabonomics sample pretreatment method is established on the basis of an ultra-high performance liquid chromatography-quadrupole time-of-flight tandem mass spectrometry (UPLC-QTOF-MS) technology, and the method is simple and easy to operate. By utilizing the method disclosed by the invention, the biomarker of the intervertebral disc degeneration can be found from the perspective of metabolism, the later verification of the biomarker and the development of a corresponding detection kit are facilitated, an effective method can be provided for the early diagnosis of the intervertebral disc degeneration, and a foundation is laid for clinical targeted therapy.
