Abstract

The invention discloses an urban commuting space loss assessment and regulation method and system under a rainstorm waterlogging scene. The method comprises the following steps: collecting and processing research area data; based on urban pipe network data and road data in the research area data, generating spatial and temporal distribution of road ponding in a flood scene, and obtaining a condition that the road is submerged by the ponding; simulating a resident commuting travel path under a normal scene and an urban inland inundation scene according to the condition that the road is submerged by water, and evaluating the vulnerability of the road based on commuting time cost; analyzing the correlation between regional road network vulnerability and built environment, and analyzing the reachability of regional emergency service facilities in a flood scene; and based on an analysis result, proposing a road vulnerability regulation and control measure from two perspectives of partition optimization and global guidance. According to the method, the accuracy and authenticity of rainstorm waterlogging urban road commuting space loss simulation evaluation are improved, and a flood road response regulation and control decision is provided in a more targeted manner.
