Abstract

The present application belongs to the technical field of hot-rolled section steel production, and discloses a hot-rolled section steel online sawing burr grinding device and process which can effectively remove the sawing burr of the end of a rolled piece. The device comprises a grinding assembly located on an inspection rack, the grinding assembly comprising a fixed grinding device and a first lifting and moving grinding device located on opposite sides of the inspection rack, the connecting line direction of the opposite sides of the inspection rack being parallel to the axis direction of the section steel rolled piece, and at least one lifting stopper fixed on the inspection rack, the running direction of the single section steel rolled piece on the inspection rack being opposite to the grinding direction of the grinding assembly, so that the lifting stopper is lifted when the single section steel rolled piece runs to the position between the fixed grinding device and the first lifting and moving grinding device, the section steel rolled piece is abutted on the lifting stopper under the grinding of the fixed grinding device and the first lifting and moving grinding device, the grinding assembly stops grinding after the grinding is completed, the lifting stopper is lowered, and the section steel rolled piece continues to run forward to a stacking rack.
