A controlled flushing cooling system for planetary reducers

Abstract

The present invention discloses a control flushing and cooling system for a planetary reducer, comprising an oil tank assembly, a control valve assembly and an actuator assembly, wherein the oil tank in the oil tank assembly supplies oil to the control valve assembly through an oil supply pipeline to control the action of the actuator assembly, and is connected back to the oil tank through an oil return pipeline; the control valve assembly comprises a first electromagnetic reversing valve and a second electromagnetic reversing valve, an overflow valve is connected between the oil supply pipeline and the oil return pipeline, a third electromagnetic reversing valve is connected between the overflow valve and the oil return pipeline, the actuator assembly comprises a brake cylinder, a clutch cylinder and a plurality of planetary reducers, the oil supply pipeline flushes and cools the inside of the planetary reducer through a flushing pipeline, and is connected back to the oil tank through the oil return pipeline by flushing the oil return pipeline. The advantages of the present invention are: reasonable structure, it combines the hydraulic system and the lubrication system into one, can save layout space, the whole system uses hydraulic oil as the working medium, can save costs.
