Storage access method, processor and electronic equipment

Abstract

The invention provides a storage access method, a processor and electronic equipment. The method comprises the following steps: in response to an access request for an on-chip storage unit, performing read-write detection on the access request to obtain a detection result; when the detection result represents that the access request is a target write request, adding the target write request into a write queue, and writing write data indicated by the target write request in the write queue into the on-chip storage unit; when the detection result represents that the access request is a target read request, adding the target read request into a read queue, and reading read data indicated to be read by the target read request from the on-chip storage unit based on a read address of the target read request and a write address of a write request in the write queue; according to the invention, the storage access performance can be improved.
