The embodiment of the invention provides a message reminding method and device and a storage medium. In the embodiment, when an application runs, environment state information and motion state information are obtained; when a reminding configuration updating event is triggered, the environment state information and the motion state information are input into a reminding configuration prediction model to predict reminding configuration information, second reminding configuration information is obtained, and the information comprises indication information about whether the message reminding function is started or not and reminding mode information under the starting condition. And when the second reminding configuration information is different from the first reminding configuration information currently used by the application, reconfiguring the message reminding function of the application according to the second reminding configuration information. Therefore, on the basis of monitoring the reminding configuration updating event, the reminding configuration information is dynamically predicted based on the reminding configuration prediction model, so that the message reminding function is timely and accurately configured, message reminding is accurately and reasonably carried out, and interference caused by missing reminding and unreasonable reminding is avoided.
