Abstract

An inner cavity of a blending pool is divided into an upper blending bin and a lower control bin through an isolation baffle, a temperature control heat preservation bin is arranged in the pool wall of the blending pool, and a temperature control heating pipe is installed in the temperature control heat preservation bin; the bottom of the temperature control heating pipe is connected with a heating temperature controller arranged in the lower control bin, an aeration opening is formed in the top of the isolation baffle, the bottom of the aeration opening is communicated with an aeration main pipeline through at least one aeration branch pipeline, and a one-way anti-backflow electromagnetic valve is arranged on the aeration branch pipeline. The aeration main pipeline is communicated with the steam conveying pipe, and a replaceable cover body is arranged at the top of the upper blending bin; the pasty culture medium and the strain are mixed to realize rapid culture in the strain culture box, then the whole nanofiber and the disinfected dairy product are mixed in a non-screening manner, and then blending preparation operation is implemented, so that high efficiency and convenience are achieved.
