Abstract

The invention relates to motherwort exosome-like vesicles as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: S1, juicing motherwort leaves, filtering, and collecting filtrate; and S2, centrifuging the filtrate obtained in the step S1, and collecting the precipitate to obtain the motherwort exosome-like vesicles. Compared with the prior art, the motherwort exosome-like vesicle disclosed by the invention can be combined and applied to the field of traditional Chinese medicines, has sufficient safety, stability of effective medicinal components, low toxicity and solubility, weakens the problems of body injury and safety caused by traditional medicines, and has wide application prospects.
