Abstract

The self-suction type mechanical stirring flotation machine suction capacity adjusting device comprises an air inlet pipe communicated with the interior of a flotation machine groove body, an air inlet of the air inlet pipe is provided with an adjusting funnel, and the adjusting funnel comprises a large column section, a conical section and a small column section which are sequentially connected from top to bottom; the outer diameter of the large column section is the same as that of the air inlet pipe, the outer diameter of the small column section is smaller than that of the large column section, a light floating ball and a heavy floating ball are placed in the flotation machine tank body, height sensors are arranged on the light floating ball and the heavy floating ball, and a calculation controller and a driving mechanism connected with the adjusting funnel are arranged outside the flotation machine tank body. A user can select two inspiratory capacity adjusting modes of automatic adjustment or user setting of an opening value, and the mode of combining the two modes of passing is adopted, so that the stability of the thickness of a flotation foam layer is improved, the efficiency and the stability of the flotation process are improved, the uncertainty of manual intervention is greatly reduced, and the flotation efficiency is improved. And the whole flotation process is more intelligent and precise.
