Embossing roller assembling method

Abstract

The invention discloses a knurling roller assembling method, which belongs to the technical field of roller manufacturing, and comprises the following steps: processing two end surfaces of a knurling roller, forming a plurality of first mounting holes along the circumferential direction, the first mounting holes being blind holes, and forming a plurality of second mounting holes along the circumferential direction of the inner diameter of the end surface, the second mounting holes being blind holes; the first mounting holes and the second mounting holes are staggered; processing an end cover; the end cover is a circular ring; a plurality of third mounting holes and fourth mounting holes are formed in the end cover; the third mounting hole is a counter bore and corresponds to the first mounting hole in position; the fourth mounting hole is a through hole; before quenching, an end cover tool is used for assembling the knurling roller and the roller shaft, the roller shaft penetrates through the end cover and then is inserted into the knurling roller, and after assembling, the end cover and the knurling roller are fixed through screws; the assembled embossing roller is subjected to heat treatment; and after heat treatment, turning to remove the end part and the end cover of the embossing roller. The knurling roller assembling device can achieve efficient assembling of the knurling roller.
