Abstract

The invention relates to the field of carrier tape punching, in particular to a carrier tape punching mechanism which comprises a first hydraulic cylinder, the telescopic end of the first hydraulic cylinder is fixedly connected with a lifting plate, a punching assembly is arranged between the telescopic end of the lifting plate and a box body, the bottom end of the lifting plate is fixedly connected with a first rack, and the first rack is meshed with a first gear. The first gear is fixedly connected to the outer wall of a screw rod in the first magnet assembly in a sleeving mode, the outer wall of the screw rod is fixedly sleeved with a second gear, the second gear is meshed with a second rack in the auxiliary assembly, and a brush assembly is installed on the inner side of the box body in a penetrating mode. When the carrier tape punching device is used, in the process that a first hydraulic cylinder drives a lifting plate to move downwards, a first punching head and a second punching head are driven to complete punching of a carrier tape, after punching, the distance between a second magnet and a first magnet is moderate, the second magnet and the first magnet can attract each other, and then a brush is driven to move to complete cleaning of waste at the bottom end of the first punching head and the bottom end of the second punching head; and the filter screen can be cleaned.
