Tension machine for multi-machine operation

Abstract

The invention discloses a multi-machine operation tensioner which comprises a body, the body comprises a tension sensor, a tension control system, a brake system, an accelerator control system and a rotating speed sensor, the body is connected with a control terminal through a cable, and the control terminal is provided with a control module and a display module. The control module comprises a brake module, a tension module, an accelerator module and an emergency stop button, the display module is arranged on the control terminal and electrically connected with the tension sensor and the rotating speed sensor, the control module comprises a master control module and a sub-control module, the sub-control module controls the single bodies respectively, and the master control module synchronously controls the bodies. The tension module further comprises a synchronous switch, the synchronous switch and the sub-control module are correspondingly arranged, and the sub-control module is synchronously adjusted when the synchronous switch is turned on. According to the invention, the control terminals are arranged among the plurality of tension machines for synchronous control, so that the synchronism of operation of the plurality of tension machines is improved.
