Filter pressing liquid ion removal and conversion reuse sizing method

Abstract

The present application belongs to the field of oil and gas field drilling environmental protection, and particularly relates to a method for removing and converting ions in filter press filtrate for reuse, which comprises the following steps: collecting filter press filtrate after chemical gel breaking of water-based mud; adding an ion removing agent and stirring for a certain time to adjust the pH value to 9-10; adding a filtrate converting agent to the filter press filtrate after ion removal and stirring for a certain time to make the filtrate converting agent completely dissolved in the filter press filtrate to form a reuse slurry solution, wherein the adding amount of the filtrate converting agent is 0.2%-0.5% of the mass of the filter press filtrate. 2+ , Mg 2+ , Cl ‑ , SO4 2‑ and the like, improves the rheological parameters and filtration loss reduction performance of the filter press filtrate for preparing drilling base slurry, and the ion removing agent and the filtrate converting agent have good flocculation effect and stable flocculation solid phase, and thus can be reused for slurry preparation with the filter press filtrate of the water-based mud without removal, so that the filter press filtrate of the water-based mud after conversion can completely replace clean water for preparing drilling base slurry, realizes reuse of drilling waste, and greatly saves water resources.
