The buffer frame is arranged at the top of the lamp body, and the flow guide mechanism is arranged on one side of the lamp body; compared with the prior art, the position of the splitter plate is adjusted according to the using angle of the lamp body, when the irradiation direction of the lamp body faces the ground, the side, provided with the plastic sheet, of the splitter plate can face the right upper portion, the splitter plate can shield the top of the sealing cover, and the blocking effect is achieved; and the splitter plate can be attached to the surface of the sealing insertion plate, and in rainy days, a diversion effect can be achieved on rainwater, and the rainwater is prevented from entering the sealing cover.
