Abstract

The invention discloses a device for preparing foamed ceramics by using solid wastes and a use method thereof, relates to the technical field of devices for preparing foamed ceramics, and aims to solve the problems that different materials need to be dried in batches during drying due to multiple types of solid wastes and different moisture contents of different solid wastes, and when the total amount of some materials is small, the drying time is short. A first hot air cavity is formed in one side of the interior of the lower end of a drying equipment shell, a second hot air cavity is formed in the other side of the interior of the lower end of the drying equipment shell, and a drying cavity is formed between the first hot air cavity and the second hot air cavity; four first wind shields are rotatably mounted in the first hot air cavity at equal intervals, four third wind shields are rotatably mounted in the second hot air cavity at equal intervals, and a drying equipment box door is rotatably mounted at the front end of the drying equipment shell; and a second wind shield is rotationally mounted on the front side of the rear end of the drying cavity and the rear side of the drying equipment box door.
