Abstract

An ultrasonic measurement device (100) for measuring the flow rate of a fluid within a pipe (P) using a transmitter (1) for transmitting ultrasonic waves and a receiver (2) for receiving ultrasonic waves, the ultrasonic measurement device (100) being provided with: a housing (4) for housing the transmitter (1) and the receiver (2); the pipe (P) is clamped in a manner that the positions of the transmitter (1) and the receiver (2) can be adjusted relative to the circumferential direction of the pipe (P); and a fixing mechanism (5), which is a different member from the housing (4), and which fixes the orientation of the housing (4) with respect to an external fixing surface (S) after the positions of the transmitter (1) and the receiver (2) are adjusted with respect to the circumferential direction of the piping (P).
