Heating device for fixing of laser printer

Abstract

The invention discloses a heating device for fixing of a laser printer. Comprising the following improvements on the form of a traditional roller body 3 and heating pieces 5 arranged in the traditional roller body 3: a reducing mechanism 4 is additionally arranged in the roller body 3, and the mechanism can dynamically adjust the arrangement of the heating pieces 5 when the roller body rotates. The heating pieces 5 are arranged in the roller body 3 in an annular array mode, and the diameter of a circle defined by the heating pieces 5 is accurately adjusted through the diameter changing mechanism 4. In addition, gaps between the heating pieces 5 are filled with the heat conduction pieces 6, and the design enables heat to be transferred and distributed in the roller body 3 more effectively. The invention belongs to the technical field of laser printers. According to the invention, the halogen lamp tube is used as a heating element, and the rotary actuator is combined to accurately control the roller body and the reducing mechanism, so that the surface temperature of the heating roller is accurately adjusted. The accurate temperature control is beneficial for ensuring the fixing effect in the printing process and improving the printing quality.
