According to the method, the tapping mark can be reasonably replaced and intensively processed according to the customer demand, the delivery date and the tapping mark requirement of the order, the maximum potential of equipment is exerted under the condition that the order demand is met, the switching frequency of the tapping mark in the production process is reduced, a batch production plan conforming to the delivery date of the order is formulated, and the production efficiency is improved. According to the method, the tapping marks and the batch size of production in different time periods, the matching relation between the tapping marks and the orders and the distribution quantity are accurately determined, the minimum starting cost, inventory cost, stockout cost and replacement cost are obtained, and the purpose of optimizing steelmaking multi-period production and inventory plans is achieved.
