The method comprises the following steps: in response to a resource acquisition request of a target user, determining a first credit evaluation index based on credit data corresponding to the resource acquisition request; performing normalization processing on the credit data to obtain an index value corresponding to the first credit evaluation index; obtaining a target weight value of each preset second credit evaluation index for evaluating the credit score of the user, wherein the target weight value is determined based on the first weight value and the second weight value; determining a user credit score of the target user based on the index value corresponding to the first credit evaluation index and the target weight value of each second credit evaluation index; and processing the resource acquisition request based on the user credit score of the target user. The accuracy and the processing efficiency of the user credit score are improved, and the processing timeliness and the accuracy of the resource acquisition service are further improved.
