The invention relates to a cross-regional personnel analysis tracking platform, which comprises an information integration module for receiving an information integration standard set by a user, and the information integration standard comprises a video format standard and a camera position and a time range corresponding to video data to be processed; the video image data acquisition and preprocessing module acquires video data acquired by each camera, and performs format standardization processing on the video data based on a video format standard; the feature extraction and comparison module extracts to-be-processed video data based on a camera position and a time range corresponding to the to-be-processed video data, performs feature extraction on the to-be-processed video data after standardization processing, and compares and matches features of each person in the tracking person information base; the early warning module sends out early warning information based on a comparison and matching result of the feature extraction and comparison module; and by establishing network connection with video monitoring systems of various regions, video image data related to the to-be-tracked personnel is acquired in real time or regularly.
