Large-scale trichlorosilane reactor

Abstract

The invention provides a large-scale trichlorosilane reactor, the tube pass of the reactor is a one-way tubular heat exchange tube, and the shell pass is a specially optimally designed gas-solid fluidized bed. Aquatic steam is used as a heat removal medium in the heat exchange tube, a water inlet communicated with the tube pass of the heat exchange tube is formed in the bottom of the reactor, and a water and steam outlet communicated with the tube pass of the heat exchanger is formed in the top of the reactor; and the shell side of the reactor is provided with an HCL and silicon powder feed port and a discharge port for outputting trichlorosilane products. According to the large-scale trichlorosilane reactor, a novel guide cylinder structure is arranged at a shell pass inlet, so that gas-solid phase continuous and uniform guide feeding is realized; the one-way tubular heat exchange tubes are arranged in the reactor, and water with high heat capacity and constant vaporization temperature is adopted as a heat removal substance, so that all positions in the reactor react at constant temperature with the highest reaction conversion rate, and the problem of non-uniform radial and axial temperatures in the reactor is solved.
