Abstract

The feeding track is installed at the top of the vibrator, a feeding groove is formed in the side wall of the feeding track so as to convey materials in a vibrating mode, air blowing holes are formed in the side wall of the feeding groove, and the air blowing holes are suitable for spraying air to the materials so as to blow off the materials; the visual camera is arranged above the air blowing hole, the visual camera is electrically connected with the controller, the visual camera is suitable for shooting an image of the material at the air blowing hole, and when the controller does not detect a specified surface of the material, the controller controls the air blowing hole to discharge air and blow off the material; according to the vibration feeder and the visual screening method, the visual camera is arranged above the blowing hole to detect the top surfaces of the materials, and the controller is matched to blow off the materials with the top surfaces not being designated surfaces, so that screening of the materials is completed.
