The sealing ring assembly device and the sealing ring assembly method can effectively solve the problems that, in the prior art, when the sealing ring is replaced, the direction of the sealing ring is first distinguished, the middle of the sealing ring is generally provided with a groove, one side of the groove is thick and the other side is thin, then the thick side is directed outward and the thin side is directed inward, finally the sealing ring is manually embedded into an assembly hole by means of an auxiliary tool, and the sealing ring needs to be pressed by fingers; and the whole assembly process is time-consuming and laborious.
