Abstract

The invention discloses a terminal unlocking method and system, related equipment and a storage medium. The unlocking method comprises the following steps: judging whether a biological unlocking mode succeeds in unlocking or not; if the biological unlocking mode fails to unlock, acquiring hand shape information in a specified area through a camera device; and comparing the acquired hand shape information with preset information, and if the hand shape information is consistent with the preset information, unlocking the terminal. According to the method, when the biological unlocking mode fails in unlocking, unlocking can be conducted in a hand-shaped unlocking mode, hand-shaped unlocking is non-contact unlocking, recognition cannot be affected by dirt and oil stains, and smooth unlocking is facilitated when a user cannot conduct unlocking in the biological unlocking mode.
