The invention discloses a portable cable connecting device, and relates to the field of cable connection, the portable cable connecting device comprises a connecting box and a positioning assembly, the connecting box comprises a first port, a second port and a metal plate arranged in the connecting box, and conductivity exists between the metal plate and a cable end; the positioning assembly comprises a pressing piece located on the other side of the first port and the other side of the second port and a fixing piece for fixing the cable, vertical simultaneous clamping actions are achieved through the pressing piece, meanwhile, secondary fixing of the cable is achieved through the fixing piece, the situation that the cable possibly falls off due to the fact that only the cable end is fixed is prevented, and the service life of the cable is prolonged. According to the cable fixing device, cables of different models can be positioned and fixed, meanwhile, the optimal pressing degree can be guaranteed for the cables of different models, secondary positioning of different grades can be provided for the cables of different models, and meanwhile loosening of bolts can be prevented.
