The upper die set comprises an upper die base and a first upper die, the upper die base is connected with a press machine upper platform, the first upper die is fixed below the upper die base, the lower die set comprises a lower die base and a first lower die, the lower die base is connected with a press machine lower platform, the first lower die is fixed above the lower die base, and the working face of the first upper / lower die is an arc face. The concave-convex direction of the lower surface of the curved-surface ribbed skin is consistent with that of the lower surface of the curved-surface ribbed skin; the curved-surface ribbed skin is placed between the first upper die and the first lower die, the upper platform of the press drives the upper die set to reciprocate, and the curved surface of the curved-surface ribbed skin is flattened. The flattening mold structure is designed according to the structural characteristics of the curved-surface ribbed skin, the upper mold and the lower mold matched with the upper mold base and the lower mold base can be replaced, the upper mold and the lower mold can be vertically adjusted, and the curved-surface ribbed skin can be efficiently and flexibly flattened.
