Modified PVC pipe

Abstract

The invention relates to the technical field of high polymer materials, and discloses a modified PVC pipe which comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 80-100 parts of polyvinyl chloride, 10-20 parts of EPDM rubber, 10-15 parts of modified filler, 5-10 parts of a compatibilizer, 4-6 parts of a plasticizer, 4-6 parts of a stabilizer, 3-5 parts of an antioxidant, 3-4 parts of a dispersant and 1-2 parts of a lubricant. The preparation method comprises the following steps: S1, stirring and mixing the polyvinyl chloride, the EPDM rubber, the bulking agent and the dispersing agent, and melting at the temperature of 110-150 DEG C to form molten liquid; s2, adding a modified filler, an impact modifier ACR, a stabilizer, a lubricant and an antioxidant into the molten liquid, continuing to stir for 1-2 hours, then adding a plasticizer, and stirring for 10-20 minutes to obtain a mixed molten liquid; and S3, transferring the uniformly stirred mixed melt into a twin-screw extruder, and carrying out extrusion molding, sizing, cooling, traction and cutting to obtain the modified PVC pipe. The toughness and impact resistance of the PVC pipe can be improved.
