Internal combustion engine supercharger low-temperature cold starting lubricating pipeline heating system and method

Abstract

The invention relates to a low-temperature cold starting lubricating pipeline heating system and method of an internal combustion engine supercharger, and belongs to the technical field of lubricating pipeline heating systems of internal combustion engines. The low-temperature cold starting lubricating pipeline heating system comprises an oil pan, an oil suction pipe and an oil pump, the oil suction pipe and the oil pump are arranged in the oil pan, and an oil way of the oil pump is provided with an oil drain valve and an oil return valve; an engine oil radiator is arranged on the rear portion of the oil drain valve, an engine oil filter is arranged on the rear portion of the oil return valve and connected with an oil inlet pipe of a supercharger, the supercharger is connected with the oil inlet pipe of the supercharger and an oil outlet pipe of the supercharger, an outlet of the oil outlet pipe of the supercharger is connected into the oil pan, and an electric tracing band is arranged on the outer surface of the oil inlet pipe of the supercharger. Lubricating oil in the supercharger oil inlet pipe can be heated through the electric tracing band so as to reduce viscosity of the lubricating oil and further reduce conveying resistance of the lubricating oil in a pipeline. The device is simple and reasonable in design, easy to arrange, easy to accurately and electrically control and low in cost, and the supercharger bearing can obtain faster response lubrication guarantee.
