A method and device for estimating the angle of arrival of target signals for small sample data

Abstract

The present invention provides a method and device for estimating the arrival angle of a target signal for small sample data, and relates to the technical field of array signal processing. The method comprises: determining the complete statistics of a received signal sample data set for target angle estimation based on the complete statistics theory; and performing spatial spectrum analysis on the determined complete statistics of the received signal sample data set for target angle estimation to achieve target angle estimation. The present invention can effectively improve the accuracy of target angle estimation under small sample data, especially under low signal-to-noise ratio, without increasing the complexity of the algorithm.
