Sliding grooves matched with the sliding blocks are formed in the two ends of the stock bin in a penetrating mode, and the sliding blocks and the inner walls of the sliding grooves are installed in a sliding mode. The stepping motor drives the transmission shaft to rotate, the transmission shaft drives the spline shaft to rotate through the spline sleeve, at the moment, the spline sleeve is not in spline transmission with the driving bevel gear, the spline shaft drives the worm to rotate, the worm drives the worm wheel meshed with the worm to rotate, and the worm wheel can drive the stock bin to rotate by 180 degrees; one side containing the feed is turned downwards, and the remaining feed is poured into the feed receiving box, so that the remaining feed is prevented from deteriorating and breeding bacteria, and livestock are prevented from getting sick after eating the feed.
