Abstract

The invention relates to the technical field of well completion and well cementation of petroleum and natural gas wells, in particular to a high-strength easy-to-drill type valve body structure, a float collar and a float shoe so as to solve the problems that a traditional float collar and a traditional float shoe are prone to damage, not tight in sealing and low in pressure bearing capacity. The valve body structure comprises a supporting body, a bearing disc, a guide pipe and a valve element. The supporting body is inserted into the shell; the guide tube is inserted into the support body; the bearing disc is clamped to the lower portion of the supporting body. A valve seat is arranged at the upper part of the bearing disc; a valve cover is arranged on the valve seat; the valve core is arranged in a cavity in the middle of the valve cover; the lower part of the valve core is inserted into the valve seat; the upper portion of the valve deck abuts against the guide pipe. And liquid channels are arranged between the valve core and the valve cover, between the valve core and the valve seat and between the valve seat and the bearing disc. Through the design of the supporting body, the strength of the cement stone structure is enhanced, the stability and the reverse pressure bearing capacity of the whole structure are enhanced, and through the structural design of the valve system and the limiting claw sleeve, conversion between a conventional function and an automatic grouting function is achieved.
