The invention discloses a method for monitoring the concentration and flow direction of drugs in a sewage pipe network and tracing the source of the drugs based on a simulation effect. The method comprises the following steps: S1, collecting, cleaning and maintaining basic data; s2, sorting the basic data and realizing data map display through a map service; s3, the platform management personnel creates a conventional point sewage sampling task and issues the task to the sampling personnel; s4, feeding back a conventional point location sampling result by the sampling personnel; s5, the poison abuse monitoring platform judges the poison monitoring early warning evaluation model; s6, creating a sewage traceability detection task around the conventional detection point and issuing the sewage traceability detection task to sampling personnel; s7, feeding back a traceability point position sampling result by the sampling personnel; s8, the poison abuse monitoring platform associates and displays suspicious objects existing around the traceability process; s9, the platform management personnel issues the established sewage clue checking task to the public security organization unit where the area is located; s10, the public security organization unit where the region is located feeds back a checking result; and S11, tracing the source of the drug.
