Abstract

The invention discloses a paint recovery device for a conveying belt and a using method thereof.The device comprises a box body, and the interior of the box body is sequentially provided with a screen mesh from top to bottom and achieves horizontal reciprocating motion through a reciprocating motion mechanism; a collecting hopper; the liquid discharging groove is inclined towards the outlet direction of the box body; the scraping plates are arranged above the box body, the multiple scraping plates are arranged in the length direction of the box body in an array mode, and the top ends of the scraping plates abut against the surface of the conveying belt; a plurality of spray heads are arranged on the side wall of the scraper blade in the length direction of the scraper blade in an array mode, and the spray heads communicate with a liquid spraying channel formed in the scraper blade; the liquid spraying channels in the multiple scrapers communicate with the liquid spraying main line. A pump pressure cylinder is arranged at the inlet end of the liquid spraying main line, and a piston in the pump pressure cylinder is driven by a reciprocating pushing mechanism to realize reciprocating motion; through the recovery device arranged below the conveying belt, paint adhered to the conveying belt is subjected to recovery procedures such as scraping, diluting and filtering in sequence; the paint recovery device designed by the invention can realize the effect of fully recovering paint.
