Abstract

The invention discloses a pressure welding butt joint device which comprises a base, a leveling assembly is arranged on the top side of the base, the leveling assembly comprises a bottom cylinder and a limiting ring, the cross section of the limiting ring is in an L shape, a clamping assembly is arranged on the limiting ring, and driving assemblies are arranged on the peripheral side of the bottom cylinder and the peripheral side of the limiting ring. When the improved pressure welding butt-joint device is used, through angle adjustment of the two semi-rings and rotation of the upper cylinder and the lower cylinder, the butt-joint ends of the upper cylinder and the lower cylinder can be rubbed down in the butt-joint process of the upper cylinder and the lower cylinder, and then the two semi-rings are restored to be in the straight state again to form a complete ring; therefore, the upper barrel can be restrained and limited, the butt joint ends of the upper barrel and the lower barrel are tightly attached in a specific state all the time, repeated movement of the pressure container is not needed, the workload of workers is reduced, and the working intensity of operators is reduced.
