Abstract

The invention provides a coaxial positioning welding tool for a titanium alloy pipe, and belongs to the technical field of welding tools. Comprising a base and further comprises a positioning assembly, the positioning assembly is used for clamping and positioning two titanium alloy pipe bodies, the positioning assembly comprises a plurality of lower supporting seats fixed to the base, two lower supporting wheels are rotationally connected into the lower supporting seats, and the lower supporting wheels are used for rotationally supporting the two titanium alloy pipe bodies; a driving motor for driving the lower supporting wheel to rotate is fixed on the side surface of the lower supporting seat. Through the arrangement of the positioning assembly, the two titanium alloy pipe bodies are placed on the corresponding lower supporting wheels correspondingly, the multiple lower supporting wheels on the base are consistent in height, and therefore it is guaranteed that the titanium alloy pipe bodies placed on the lower supporting wheels are concentric, the hydraulic oil cylinder is used for pressing the pressing wheels to the tops of the titanium alloy pipe bodies, and clamping and positioning of the titanium alloy pipe bodies are achieved; and dislocation between the two titanium alloy pipe bodies is prevented, and the coaxiality of the two titanium alloy pipe bodies is guaranteed.
