Abstract

The invention relates to automatic processing and testing equipment for a concrete cylindrical core sample. The equipment integrates a plurality of functional units such as a cutting unit, an end face flattening unit, an automatic drying unit, an automatic standing and aligning unit, an automatic loading unit and a data acquisition unit. The concrete cylindrical core sample is accurately cut through a high-precision cutting tool and an automatic feeding system; the grinding wheel and other tools are matched with an automatic flatness adjusting function to process the end face; a hot air circulation drying mode is adopted, and parameters can be adjusted according to the material and size of the core sample for drying. The automatic standing alignment unit ensures accurate positioning of the core sample by means of a mechanical device and a sensor. The loading unit provides a stable load in a hydraulic or mechanical manner and can be accurately controlled. And the data acquisition unit acquires, analyzes and stores the loaded data in real time.
