Abstract

The invention relates to a fluorosilicone rubber compound stress relaxation resisting agent, a low-stress relaxation fluorosilicone rubber compound and preparation and application thereof. The low-stress relaxation fluorosilicone rubber compound is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 100 parts of fluorosilicone raw rubber, 0.2 to 20 parts of a dispersing agent, 10 to 80 parts of a reinforcing agent, 0.2 to 10 parts of a heat-resistant agent, 0.2 to 3 parts of a vulcanizing agent and 0.2 to 5 parts of the stress relaxation resistant agent. According to the stress relaxation resistant agent, the molecular structure contains alkene butyl and allyl, and the chain lengths of ethylene gene unsaturated double bonds on fluorosilicone rubber are different, so that a cross-linked network progressive layer by layer in different spatial dimensions can be formed during rubber cross-linking, and the whole cross-linked network is more stable; the condition that a cross-linked network is greatly broken or collapsed is effectively resisted, and the condition is kept for a long time, so that the stress relaxation speed is reduced.
