Abstract

The invention belongs to the technical field of grease processing, and particularly relates to a grease processing oil residue separation device which comprises a filter box and a conical liquid guide cover installed on the upper end face of the filter box, a tea residue recovery cover is fixedly connected to one side of the conical liquid guide cover, and a tea oil filter cartridge is installed in an inner cavity of the conical liquid guide cover. The lower end of the tea residue recovery cover is fixedly communicated with a material guide cover, an inner cavity of the tea oil filter cartridge is rotatably connected with a conveying auger, a feeding opening is formed in one side of the upper end of the tea oil filter cartridge, and a funnel is fixedly communicated with the position, located at the feeding opening, of one side of the upper end of the tea oil filter cartridge; a grease filtering assembly is inserted into one end of the filtering box; the device solves the quality problem that a small amount of black camellia seeds are left in grease extruded by a filter press, if the grease is not filtered for the second time, black and fine oil residues are left in the grease, the purity of the grease is influenced, and the impression of the grease is influenced.
