The invention relates to the technical field of cell culture, in particular to a cell culture system with mass production and customization, which comprises a cell culture room for culturing a plurality of cell culture flasks, a transfer machine is arranged in the cell culture room, and the transfer machine is used for clamping the cell culture flasks; a main track extends to the detection area, the liquid changing area and the harvesting area from an inlet and an outlet of the cell culture room, at least one self-propelled bearing disc slides on the main track, and the transfer machine can place and take the cell culture bottles through the self-propelled bearing disc; and an intelligent management system executes a cell culture process to control the transfer machine and the self-propelled bearing plate, conveys the cell culture bottle to the detection area for cell detection, and automatically adjusts the cell culture process according to the cell culture state in an artificial intelligence mode, thereby having the effects of mass production and customized cell culture.
