Abstract

The invention discloses a tail accumulated slag treatment device for a submerged scraper conveyor, which relates to the technical field of submerged scraper conveyors and comprises a slag bin, a slag outlet and a slag scraping mechanism. According to the tail accumulated slag treatment device of the scraper slag salvaging machine, the scraper body and the slag scraping disc are driven by the chain to scrape off ash slag, and when the scraper body extrudes the slag scraping disc to rotate, the water spraying box rotates to deviate from the slag scraping disc and obliquely sprays and flushes the scraper body from bottom to top through the nozzles; meanwhile, through synchronous rotation of the slag scraping disc and the slag removal box, the slag scraping disc can drive the protrusions to abut against and be attached to the scraper body, when the slag removal box moves along the guide rail, the protrusions can conduct secondary scraping on the residues from the lower portion to the upper portion of the scraper body, residue scraping and water flow flushing are combined, and accumulated residue treatment on the front portion of the scraper body can be achieved; the slag scraping mechanism and the upper water spraying cleaning mechanism are in linkage fit, and it is guaranteed that efficient slag deposition treatment can be conducted on the front face and the back face of the scraper when the scraper slag salvaging machine operates.
