Conveying system for activated carbon drying machine and conveying method of conveying system

Abstract

The conveying system comprises a bottom plate, the bottom plate is connected with a drying assembly, and the drying assembly comprises a heating shell installed at the right end of the upper side of the bottom plate and used for drying activated carbon; the recycling part is mounted at the top of the heating shell and used for extracting and recycling dry steam; and the conveying part is installed on the bottom plate and used for conveying and carding activated carbon, the conveying part comprises a shell, dust removers are installed on the two sides of the top of the shell, and two carding parts are installed at the upper end in the left side of the shell. According to the conveying system for the activated carbon drying machine and the conveying method of the conveying system, the shell, the dust remover, the two first air cylinder assemblies, the frame body, the sliding rod, the spring, the carding frame, the motor, the cam and the conveying belt assembly are matched with one another, and the activated carbon on the conveying belt assembly is uninterruptedly combed through alternate carding while the conveyed activated carbon is conveyed.
