Abstract

An intelligent cooperative control laser damage system comprises a damage laser, a high-precision optical control module, a cat eye echo intelligent monitoring and feedback module, a self-adaptive adjustment module and a detector to be damaged. The damage laser comprises a laser unit, a pumping source unit, a power supply and a cooling device; the high-precision optical control module comprises a collimating lens, a focusing lens and a beam shaper; the cat eye echo intelligent monitoring and feedback module comprises a detection light laser, a sensor, a data collector, a data processor and a feedback unit; the adaptive adjustment module comprises a digital signal processor and a microcontroller. Through intelligent monitoring and feedback control, dynamic adjustment of the laser damage process is achieved, the problems of real-time regulation and control, uniformity, control precision and the like in the prior art can be effectively solved, and the damage effect and efficiency are remarkably improved.
