The edge of the impeller blade is tangent to the attachment cylinder, sludge is smeared on the attachment cylinder during rotation, a planetary gear is fixed to the upper portion of the attachment cylinder, the planetary gear is meshed with a gear ring, the mounting frame is used for mounting a driving mechanism, the driving mechanism controls the gear ring to rotate and drives the planetary gear to rotate, and then the attachment cylinder achieves autorotation; according to the sludge smearing device, rotation can be kept while sludge is smeared, the stuck risk is reduced, and therefore the problems that according to an existing device, a rolling shaft is extremely prone to being connected and stuck, and the sludge particle manufacturing efficiency is reduced are solved.
